Places to participate in the next Eurocarnevale, which this year will take us to the wonders of Tuscany, are about to run out!
🏰 Art, culture, breathtaking landscapes and all the magic of European folklore in a unique event that combines tradition and celebration in a new city every year.
✨ Here is the complete programme for the event:
🟣 Thursday 22 January – MONTECATINI TERME
- Recommended arrival in the early afternoon
- Check-in at the hotel and meeting with the tour guide
- 🕒 3:00 p.m. Greeting the mayor at the Town Hall and exchange of gifts (max. 2 representatives per group)
- 🕓 4:00 p.m. Parade through the streets of the city
- 🍽 Dinner in restaurants or at the hotel (all within walking distance) – you can play music during dinner!
🟡 Friday 23 January – PISA
- Arrival of groups staying for only 2 nights (in Montecatini or directly in Pisa)
- 🕚 11:00 a.m. Greeting to the mayor of Pisa and exchange of gifts
- 🕑 2:00 p.m. Parade through the streets of Pisa with a final concert by the massed band cocert, the legendary Monsterkonzert
- 🎖 Awards ceremony: a jury will select the band with the best costumes and the best musical performance
- Return to Montecatini Terme
- 🍽 Dinner at the hotel or local restaurants, with the opportunity to perform
🔵 Saturday 24 January – LUCCA
- Departure for Lucca (35 km)
- 🕚 11:00 Reception at the Town Hall by the mayor and exchange of gifts
- 🕑 14:00 Parade through the streets of Lucca with a final concert by the massed band concert, the legendary Monsterkonzert
- 🎉 Return to Montecatini and big evening party with awards ceremony and opportunity to perform in turn
🟢 Sunday 25 January
- Buffet breakfast
- 👋 Return home with your heart full of music and wonderful memories
